TUZLA, Bosnia-Herzegovina: Forensic experts say they have exhumed more than 360 victims of the 1995 Srebrenica massacre from a 10th mass grave found near an eastern Bosnian village.

Forensic team head Murat Hurtic said Thursday the grave contained 145 complete and 217 incomplete bodies.

The victims were buried elsewhere but later moved by bulldozer to try to hide the crime, causing some remains to be scattered.

Experts have exhumed about 3,370 victims of Europe’s worst mass killing since World War II from nine graves along the 7-mile (11-kilometer) road from Srebrenica to the village of Kamenica.

In 1995, during the Bosnian war, Serb troops overran the town of Srebrenica, which the United Nations had declared a safe zone, and killed as many as 8,000 Muslim Bosniak men and boys.
